Though in the spring and summer we have an easier time reserving the large room, Iwould like to know if you have not attended a meeting because of the attendance limitation we are under in the smaller rooms. Some of the other libraries are not as centrally located to our area but offer alternate locations. Hotels have a large room charge and the community centers also charge. We have not explored availablity of community rooms at the various shopping centers or at bookstores but they may include parking issues. Some restaurants with meeting (banquet)rooms would welcome us if we support their kitchens. Other options are possible so please e-mail with your comments. Note "alternate site" means that the primary site is not available
