If you live in the Brighton area and are a subscriber to IBD we would like to invite you to join our IBD group on the second Thursday of every month, 7PM at the First National Bank on Challis road in Brighton.
One thing that we ask everyone of our members to do is to bring with them two stock picks and one ETF pick that they think will do good in the following month of our meeting. The person with the best performance of picks will win a trophy to hold onto until the next month's meeting.
We are a group of amateur investors just trying to figure out a way to make a lot of money so that we can do what it is that makes us happy. There are no professional investors in our group and we will keep it that way so that no one has to worry about someone trying to sell them some service.
We share personal experiences that are working for us and also some experiences that are not working for us.
